High protein and energy smoothie

Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 1 bananas
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 3-4 Tbsp Plain yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp LSA mix
- 2 Tbsp oats
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender with some ice and mix until smooth
