  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 3-4 Tbsp Plain yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp LSA mix
  • 2 Tbsp oats
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender with some ice and mix until smooth
