Vegetarian satay burgers
Ingredients
- 4 Vegetarian burger patties
- 4 multigrain roll
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts unsalted, coarsely chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- 50 g alfalfa sprouts
- 150 g mixed salad leaves
Instructions
- Step 1Spray a large non-stick frying pan with olive oil and set over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 2 minutes each side, or until heated through and golden (or as per packet instructions). Step 2Place salad leaves on the base of each roll. Top with 1 patty, satay sauce, peanuts, carrot and alfalfa. Add the top half of the rolls, and serve immediately.
