Quinoa & Tuna Poke Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- 95 g tuna in olive oil
- ½ cup shelled edamame
- sliced radish
- ¼ avocado
- ¼ cup kimchi or sourkraut
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds.
Instructions
- Layer a medium salad bowl with cooked quinoa & tuna in olive oil.
- Top with shelled edamame, sliced radish, avocado and kimchi.
- Drizzle with soy sauce & sesame seeds.
