Acai Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Sachet Amazonia Acai Energy
- 1 Banana frozen
- ½ cup Blueberries frozen
- â…“ cup Coconut water
- 1 ½ tbsp peanut butter to serve
- â…“ cup Blueberries fresh (to serve)
Instructions
- Combine the Acai Energy sachet, frozen banana, frozen blueberries and coconut water in a high-power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into bowls and add desired toppings (banana, blueberries, raspberries and granola).
