About Anna With over 25 years of experience in dietetics, Anna brings extensive expertise to her role as Director of My Nutrition Clinic. She is particularly passionate about helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food while supporting their physical and mental wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition strategies.

As a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and Monash University-trained FODMAP dietitian, Anna specialises in complex nutritional needs, with particular expertise in women’s health during menopause and gut health optimisation.
