Aloysa has over 30 years of experience as a Dietitian and has worked for Nutrition Australia and running her own private practice in Brisbane. In addition to her dietetic qualifications, Aloysa has a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the Queensland University of Technology.

Having a counseling qualification alongside expertise in nutrition and food has led Aloysa to focus on the area of eating disorders and has a great deal of compassion and experience providing support for long-term recovery

Anna is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and director of My Nutrition Clinic who has worked for over two decades in the development and delivery of weight related programmes for adults and children. Anna has a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics along with a Masters in Public Health and has worked in both Australia and London (UK).

No referral is needed to see us. However, if you’d like to access Medicare rebates, you can ask your GP about a  Chronic Disease Management Plan. We’re happy to explain how this works.

Not at all! We focus on finding what works for you, not creating restrictive diet plans. Our goal is to add foods back in when possible.

Yes! Our dietitians specialise in complex gut health issues and can offer fresh perspectives and evidence-based strategies you might not have tried.

No! We focus on identifying triggers and reintroducing foods safely when possible.

You don’t need to prepare anything specific. You will be sent a questionnaire before your appointment where you can note down things like your symptoms and your usual eating habits. If you are able to keep a food and symptom diary before your appointment, then that can be very helpful. We have one on our website that you can use, or you can just jot it down somewhere convenient.
