How Telehealth Appointments Work
Getting expert nutrition support is now easier than ever. Our telehealth consultations provide the same high-quality, personalised care you’d receive in our Gold Coast clinic, delivered conveniently to your home.
Soon after booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the private videoconference. If this is the first time you have used this software then we encourage you to click this link before your appointment so you can download the zoom software (on a computer) or app (on a phone or tablet). Your will then be directed to a virtual waiting room. At the time of your appointment, your dietitian will take you from the waiting room to your consultation
If you don’t have a computer or feel uneasy about using video conference software then don’t worry. We can still use the traditional telephone for consultations.

- Any recent blood tests or medical reports you have available
- Food diary or notes about your current diet

Before Your Appointment
- Confirm Your Technology: Test your device and internet connection. Try the link and download any updates and programs you will neeed.
- Prepare Documents: Have any relevant medical records or food diaries ready
- Choose a Quiet Space: Find a private area for your consultation
- Payment: We will call you just before or after you appointment to take payment on the phone.
- Medicare Claims: We’ll process your rebate if eligible after your appointment and payment.
