lemon & coconut swirl yoghurt pod

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt
  • 8 tsp Lemon curd
  • 8 tsp toasted sliced almonds
  • 8 tsp toasted coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Divide yoghurt between 4 bowls. Swirl lemon curd into each bowl.
  • Top with almonds and coconut and serve.
