Microwaved porridge

Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup Reduced-fat milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Place rolled oats and milk into a microwave safe bowl and mix with a spoon
- Microwave on high for 1 and a half minutes
- While the porridge is in the microwave, slice the banana
- Take out the porridge and stir
- Put sliced banana and chia seeds on top of porridge and pour on the maple syrup
