mixed frozen vegetables

reduced salt soy sauce

Instructions
Chop chicken. Coat in garlic, soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds
Heat non stick pan
Cook chicken through
Add vegetables to stir-fry, cook until defrosted and hot
Serve with rice
