cup
rolled oats
soaked in 1 cup water for 2 hours or overnight in the fridge
½
cup
of slivered almonds
toasted
1
cup
fresh mixed berries
1
kiwi fruit
sliced without removing skin
1
cup
reduced-fat plain yoghurt
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
optional
Instructions
Place the oat mixture in a bowl and add yoghurt, kiwifruit, strawberry and blueberry.
Serve with slivered almond on top of the mixture. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
Notes
If this portion is too much for one sitting, split the portion into two and save the leftovers for tomorrow.
