½ cup rolled oats
1 cup Reduced-fat milk
1 banana
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
Place rolled oats and milk into a microwave safe bowl and mix with a spoon
Microwave on high for 1 and a half minutes
While the porridge is in the microwave, slice the banana
Take out the porridge and stir
Put sliced banana and chia seeds on top of porridge and pour on the maple syrup
