Bring a pot of water to the boil and add in the pasta to cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and add the mushrooms and kale to cook for 5-7 minutes or until the mushrooms are browned and kale is crispy
Add the tomatoes to the frying pan to warm through
Drain the water from the pasta and transfer the vegetables from the frying pan to the pot. Add in the goats cheese and stir well to combine
