½ cup cooked quinoa
95 g tuna in olive oil
½ cup shelled edamame
sliced radish
¼ avocado
¼ cup kimchi or sourkraut
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame seeds.
Layer a medium salad bowl with cooked quinoa & tuna in olive oil.
Top with shelled edamame, sliced radish, avocado and kimchi.
Drizzle with soy sauce & sesame seeds.
