Place dates in a heat proof bowl, cover with boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes drain and check for seeds. Remove excess water by squeezing the dates gently in your hand.
Into the bowl of food processor, add dates, peanut butter and XO Cocoa Crunch, pulse until mixture comes together. We used smooth peanut butter, but any nut butter can be used.
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place in an airtight container and chill for 1 hour before serving.
Bliss Balls can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days.
